Customized tailored collections cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item received is damaged or defective, subject to stock availability.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized tailored styles, accessories, or discounted items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
